I do, at worst it will be a clone of the indie games it will feature, and that wouldn't be bad since they are pretty good games

I've heard it's supposed to have the No More Heroes gameplay you'd expect it to have. I think it's just going to use the indie game stuff as different level backdrops, but that's just speculation.

Either way I have faith in Suda as a director.

To make a good game? No.
To make a game I enjoy? Yes.

Sure

I just wish Robin Atkin Downes was back as Travis....

I do and I'm still waiting for 3.

I feel like Suda does great with atmosphere and creating interesting worlds and characters, but his stuff has ALWAYS sucked from a gameplay perspective (Best probably being the original NMH for the Wii).

I'm intrigued to see what he does next, but I am afraid he might not have the budget or studio size to pull off what he wants to do. Killer is Dead suffered from reusing stuff a bit too much, and you can tell at what point the game just flat out ran out of money.

Didn't it just said that it would only have indie stuff for the T shirts?

Well it might still. The first trailer for the original no more heroes didn't have Robin voicing him either so it might change.

I haven't heard anything like that and it seems like the premise of the game would go against it based by what we saw in the reveal trailer, but if you've got a source I'm listening.

No More Heroes was his last game
Everything after it just had him as a counselor guy

>Nintendo Switch
It will be garbage.

Robin said on Twitter that he wants to voice Travis in the new game. I don't know if Suda ever replied to him though.

>can't promise more than six boss fights

It's dead, Jim

Oh wow neat. I'm glad they're not relying heavily on other Indie games.

No. The only Suda51 game I liked was Killer is Dead.

I will always love the first NMH. NMH2 was kinda meh, but still fun. I'm looking forward to NMH3, and the inevitable PS4 port.

I felt NMH2 was better in gameplay: the dual blades were very fun, and the removal of roaming and 8bit minigames made inbetween missions much less of a slog

Boss fights were better designed over all, but it completely fucked up wrestling moves by gimping their power and making them activate too often to the point where they become tedious and boring. Also, Shinobu's levels were all fucking unplayable.

Suda was behind Let It Die, right? That was pretty funky despite being budget F2P shit. He definitely has my attention.

You fuckers better buy this so we get a full fledged NMH3

>buy NMH goyim so Suda can make a REAL game next time!
>buy NMH2 goyim so Suda can make a REAL game next time!
>buy TSA goyim so Suda can make a REAL game next time!

ENOUGH.

I'm very excited to see more Kozaki art.

The original concept was much better than what we got.

Probably everything changed when they wanted to go for le edgy Dark Souls audience and F2P

You forgot Diabolical Swing.
But really, he already make KiD, that game was amazing. Make sure you play it, people seemed to think it wasnt the next kill the past game. but it fucking was.

Killer is Dead is clearly unfinished, I liked it but it was like if you cut NMH to half

Always

No More heroes is the only Suda51 game i've played. I'll give this one a shot, but I should probably check out his other stuff.

Killer is dead is nice, so does NMH2. Killer 7 is just niche.

Shadows of the Damned was awesome.

>he's directing for the first time since NMH1

Yeah, I think he's got this.

...

So what's the expectation full cyborg?, giant robot?, nano machines?......ghost?

I still want to play Lily's game.

forgot pic

Play Killer7, after that and NMH1 he's pretty much a supporting role. You can go back to earlier stuff like Flower, Sun and Rain and The Silver Case to see his earlier work but by and large Killer7 and NMH1 are his crowning achievements and what put him on the map.

Shinobu made one head explode and the other got minced.

More importantly, will we get a Sir Henry Motherfucker sequence that isn't garbage this time?

I have faith that he'll make a decent NMH but not anything else.
