What is your favorite class/archetype/build/role from an RPG game? I don't mean any particular character here. It can be from any RPG including a JRPG.
Me personally it is the ME1 adept.

monk/hand-to-hand
decker/hacker or the guy who has a robot/turret/summon
Healing and DPS hybrids are my shit
Roland/Axton from the borderlands series and paladin classed in WoW are good examples
Spearthrower. I really, really like throwing spears/javelins at my enemies.
Some form of puppet master. Summoner, necromancer, technomancer, whatever... if I can get a bunch of little buddies, I'm good.
I love magic and nothing but magic, so I would have to go with mage. Please recommend me games with robust magic systems. I'm always on the lookout.
Dark Knight
basically anything that can use grossly oversized swords/hammers/axes
pure wizard
stealth stuff
Glass cannons.
Dish out extreme amount of damage but have to make up for it with positioning and reflexes.
roll, hope I get a warrior/mage hybrid
roll, my favorite class isnt even on that list
fpbp, any class that let’s me effectively deck a cunt in the face with my firsts is best class, bonus points if they can grapple
bard or healing hybrid
Sniper was the best way to play 1. I liked the shotguns to but sniper was definitely the most fun.
Old as fuck, but Master of Magic. It's like Civ but all the rulers are powerful wizards.
Thank you for this image.
I like fast chars that can fuck shit up/annoy without getting caught and chars that summon slaves/multiple companions like necromancer or beastmaster, I'm a big fan of collecting creatures.
Also anything that can control enemies or make them fight their own is godly, this alone is enought for me to try any game.
Thank you. I'll check it out.
>RPG
>Healing
Whoever is the one who can do multiple attacks in one turn because of attack speed. Sometimes it's rogue, sometimes it's archer.
I always prefer the tanky close-combat role.
>Vanguard in Mass Effect
>Warrior in Dragon's Dogma
>tank in pretty much every MMO I've ever played
Show me the money.
This tbqh. Same goes for factions in rpgs
