I haven't played the sequels, but based on what he says he is completely right.

I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't have an epic 3D chess battle with him. Manipulating weaknesses within people to finish the work was crafty of him. Truly a mastermind.

The earth attacked Helghast corp, destroyed them and occupied Vekta, sending in their colonists to live there. Obviously, quite a few people decided that this is not okay and began guerilla warfare, but to say that they are "bags of dicks" is a bit pushing it. To put it into perspective: under ISA's yoke, a tremendous amount of people decided to exile themselves to a barely habitable planet, rather than to continue as it were. Killzone 1 starts with the Helghast attempting to retake their home planet.
