Open your downloads tab (ctrl+j in chrome) and try to unpause the download after it errors, it downloads fine after that.
The optimizations aren't included in the official build yet because that shit is unstable as fuck, some games may not even boot (for me Catherine doesn't go past the intros on this new build).
