I think 3pm gives enough time for discussion and tourney speculations, but earlier lets there be more chatter and hanging around before battles start, especially since battles don't happen until 10pm or later for Eurofriends.

Mina's damage reduction makes it hard to counter stage 3. The best I can think of is either her teammate being able to get in multiple simultaneous blasts, Hellraisers (underageb&'s next battle, since Kilty has a chance to just mimic Mina and then it comes down to whether or not 2 blasts or a 3x crit single blast can pull the clutch.)
Swords and Swingers is going to start running into a big speed disadvantage in their upcoming battles.

Looks good! Though it'll be interesting to see how vermin with different fasts match up against each other.

It's not that extreme when you think of how quickly some matches end. In fact +5 to muscle instead of that means you'll probably deal more than 9% lifes damage per turn.

Maybe just say 'a percentage' instead of a specific percent. That way hosts can balance the ability based on their own engine.
