In some animal species, such as some types of frogs, the animal will literally change gender if there is such a gender imbalance in the population that breeding is impossible. It's the same here. There are no women speedrunners, the entire autistic hobby is 99.9999% devoid of them, and most of these 'men' likely have no contact with women of any kind other than their mom. This has caused, possibly along with a high soy diet, some of the 'men' to change into 'women', their biology telling them that it is necessary for the continuation of the species. Of course this will never work, but I'm assuming it's the reason why.

1) Lack of parental influence and a fatherly figure growing up.
2) They spend all day in a dark room with minimal lighting playing old retro games
3) They do the same repetitive thing over and over in one single game for months on end just to master it, which would drive any normal person insane
4) Doing all of those things creates a severe lack of human contact and attention

Before they "become" women, they're usually skinny frail crack addict looking nerds who rage flip tables and break controllers over the smallest mistakes. A combination of the above 3 creates a chemical imbalance and fucks with your mental state.
