The websites you're using must have relatively small sample sizes. The "vocal minority" is very real, and oftentimes people who like what the vocal minority hates choose to stay quiet about liking it. That's how things like Ike winning the "favorite lord" poll on Sup Forums managed to happen despite the barrage of hate that follows any time someone mentions liking Ike.

Because RD is horribly unfinished, it's story is really bad in places and relies on retarded plot points like blood pacts.

The Japanese version is supposed to be even worse, some of the sillier plot points were rewritten by pre-Fates Treehouse for the localisation like how the Black Knight shows up.
