Who's she?

It's a he, and he's a shitty trap from a shitty anime

I just picked him at random, I couldn't think of an appropriate image.

What if I do?

It's not an arena shooter but Rainbow Six Siege.

TF2 is very open to play and the community loves newbies but is arguably one of the more technical ones to learn.

People keep saying it's dead though, isn't it mostly gone?

I mean that's big, but still pretty small compared to what people say it used to be.

What did they change that people dislike?

It's not dead, but the competitive has shrank a bit in the past few years, some leagues have closed up.

The changes that made the game less popular are a bit hard to explain. Overall, the game doesn't get as great of updates as it used to, as its development team is very small now. Beyond that, there was a "meet your match" update that changed how valve (official) servers worked that made the game less easy to just hop around servers and have fun. The server browser is still available and easy to use, but some people say that community servers started getting used a lot less after the update, and valve servers can't be joined through the server browser anymore. To be perfectly honest, this update made the game less hospitable to new players.

Regardless of these things, I recommend you try it out, it's free. Join a "casual" game or look in the server browser for a standard game.

Fuck, user, that sounds really hot
Can I lick your dick clean afterwards?

Ok I downloaded it, and looking through the server browser there seem to be a ton of random game modes. Is there some place that explains them all before I go in, make mistakes, and get banned?

the closest thing to an arena shooter that isn't dead nowadays is tf2. just be aware it's a class based game. pick up soldier, he's easy to play but has a decently high skill ceiling (mostly tied to mastering explosive jumping, you're pretty much the fastest class in the game if you can get it down). there are a shit ton of weapons but stock is almost always better than other options.

Reading these I thought scout was the fastest class, is it just that he has fewer advanced options?

Quake Champions

Can you? You won’t have a choice, you filthy cumtoilet

>Caring about arena shooters in 2018
Silly user

I'm pretty sure this user meant Titanfall 2, because I wouldn't consider Team Fortress 2 to be "technical" at all in the realm of arena shooters.

Anyway OP, I guess it depends on which game modes you're interested in playing. Team Fortress 2 is a safe choice for team modes like payload and control point. I wouldn't even consider it a "true" AFPS; it's more of a class-based shooter with arena shooter-style gunplay and movement mechanics (mainly explosive jumping). But it's close enough, and it's still decently alive after 10+ years. If you're looking for a 1v1 game, either the CPMA mod for Quake 3 or Reflex Arena are decent options. Both are incredibly similar mechanically, and both have small but reasonably active playerbases. You might need to join the game's Discord server, but you should be able to find a few beginners to practice with. Also CPMA is free.

Quake Champions is another option.

scout has the fastest walk speed in the game, but there isn't much for movement options aside from his double jumps. soldier has more mobility potential due to his rockets, at the cost of health and ammo. rollouts are essential to any comp soldier, getting to mid before the enemy team can make or break games. they aren't necessary in casual games, so i wouldn't worry about it yet. just try and get comfortable with the game. once you're ready you can start learning air strafes and basic jumps. look up jumpacademy.tf servers, they're community servers dedicated to teaching jumping to new players. but if you want some beginner friendly game modes i recommend payload, capture point, and attack/defense. here's some shit you can do once you get it down youtube.com/watch?v=GAEOiIF8Piw
keep in mind there's tons of maps/servers made just for jumping or surfing, it's pretty chill when normal games wear you down. if you ever want to get into comp, stay away from valve's comp, everyone is in community comp.

>tfw Maika will never accidentally stab you to death

Thanks man, I'll take a look at this.

np, just be aware some people have been playing tf2 for a literal decade. there are going to be games where you get stomped, just try and learn from it. it's pretty easy to over extend especially in pubs since you can get away with a lot of shit there. stick with any good team mates, but don't be afraid to fall back if they're being idiotic and trying to take on an entire team themselves (especially as medic, your ubercharge is valuable). if you see a guy kicking ass on your team watch him when you're respawning. it sounds intimidating but there are plenty of new players. don't worry about screwing up too much, and don't be afraid to ask questions in chat.

STOP IT user IT HURTS

>she

Any doujins of this little slut getting gang banged?

I like gay Sup Forums where the cuteboys at

Do girls and traps fart?

No

>she
It's a disgusting trap who is trying to ruin my favorite fetish.

youre really not going to get banned for being shit at tf2
there are autists who insist on playing heavy and not attacking anyone and half the time you end up getting kicked for trying to kick them

Oh that's nice to hear. How active is the community, or does everyone just queue and never use voice or text?

hideri is the cutest

He is.

"draw a girl, call it a boy" is shitty taste btw

Pedo

TF2, Reflex Arena, Quake Live

Source?

Too bad he looks adorable there. Personally I find him ugly in the anime.

He's pretty cute in the anime.

I pray Hideri starts a trend of boyish traps.

In the server browser, I recommend you set the max player count to 24 and then hit the "players" button to list servers that are most full to least. Choose one that has over about 18 people playing, usually those aren't modded. Alternatively, you could check the box for the simplified list, and if a server has a map thumbnail then you know for sure that it's running the stock game.

People on valve servers rarely talk, but if you start talking usually someone will reply. On community servers it's common to see people talking more, especially on alltalk servers (which allow teams to talk over mic to eachother).

And you don't have to worry about getting banned, you will never get banned in TF2 unless you literally aimbot and get a VAC ban.

my boy the trend has been ongoing since Boku no Pico

Nah. Too many of them miss the boy part of boy dressed as a girl and are just girls with dicks.

Yeah I've noticed that. Hope he catches on
