I played both of em back in middle school, and would definitely pay for a used 2ds to get more than the recent 3D trash
A proper 2D fighter like dbzf would be even better

A Jump Stars dbfz style would be too good, a One Piece game in that style would be awesome too. But they could make it like the DS game but with 3d graphics if they feel too lazy

How is this supposed to work on the switch? Whole point of it was the manga pieces you arrange in the bottom screen. Shit was fun though some of the pieces were broken.

holy shit i remember this game, was the first time i saw many of the shonen characters but because it was all in Japanese i didn't know any of the names for the characters that i thought looked really cool like Jotaro and Dio

Due to all the different series crossing over, even if all of them are Shonen Jumpìs property they still need to be negotiated, it takes time, effort and moola.

But i agree that a new J-Stars needs to be done that may include the latest series like MHA or Black Clover.
And that has no Rurōni Kenshin rep because of the mangaka being arrested for being a pedo.
