meh... With consoles you end up spending a lot more money on accessories, online subscription and the video games. Just buy a nice medium PC build and you're set for many years. You don't have to spend money on games, there are no extra online subscription, my TV is also connected to my PC so I don't spend a dime on movies or shows. I don't even have to pay for a TV license since I got my parents to buy me my big ass plasma screen for me.
PC is by far the cheapest way to go if you aren't a retard.
