Sony "wins" with the same strategy they've used for the past two years. Talk about EVERYTHING they have coming, even if its years away from release.
EA or Ubisoft, Ubi has the most potential but EA's "have an athlete talk about sports games they don't actually play or understand" segments have a consistent cringe level and show up every year.
Sony has the most bullshit, information-light, trailers, as explained above.
One of the third parties for non-game related stuff, MS has backed off on it recently, Nintendo is a games only company and Sony has far off projects to hype up instead.
For left field, it will either be TES IV from Bethesda or the Retro Studios project from Nintendo, but neither of those would exactly be left field (and TES is big enough to get its own announcement event anyway.) For true left field I say Microsoft, they are supposedly focusing on games again so there has to be something. For hype inducing it would be either the afore-mentioned TES or a Smash port to Switch. Yeah, Nintendo's ports get more hype than other companies' new games, deal with it.
Most of them were garbage or not even exclusive. "42 games" honestly means nothing with that being the case.
