There is no weight to your hits and monsters don't react at all to your hits most of the time

There is no weight to your hits and monsters don't react at all to your hits most of the time.
For a game with focus on gameplay, combat feels horrible.

Try a bigger weapon, bro.

Use Hammer, GS, or LS. Alternatively, Charge Blade or Switch Axe.
Stop using Dual Swords you fucking turbo-weeb.

Use the hunting horn

yeh you've already posted this.
Fuck off.

you forgot to say Monster Hunter thread in spoilers.

Someone who clearly hasn't played the game. Although to be fair, if your using something like SnS or DS, they're not heavy weapons. A large ass monster isn't going to flinch a ton from that. I'm playing Charge Blade, and all the axe attacks feel weight too them and monsters react to most of them.

We had this thread.

Yesterday.

You're still a shitter who needs to learn to play the game.

While superficially I agree, state of action and movement is a mechanic.
The points at which monsters 'stagger', or respond to your damage, are deliberate. If they responded to every hit, you would effectively stagger-lock the creature into a state of submission (as can be the case when hunting over-geared). That is less satisfying, I assure you.

Wow, thanks professor. I never thought about it that way.

Use a heavier weapon then, shitter. They're fucking gigantic monsters. It takes more than your spindly arms holding a butter knife to make them flinch.

Stagger/stunlock are not the same as FEEDBACK

This game needs hit FEEDBACK

Post more cute Felynes.

>no weight
Did you actually play the game, retard?

>its weebfaggot thinks slow animation = weight episode
topkek

>it's a PC cuck lies about a game he can't play because he's upset he has to watch everyone else have fun episode

>hit monster in the face with a hammer, visibly shattering one of its horns and sending it sprawling
Fuck this shitty game, these enemies don't even react to anything

>anything

If you have a handle on estimating your monsters remaining health your hits feel impactful. But that requires playing the game and being good so you wouldn't understand.

Sorry to derail this thread with ASSFAGGOTS, but I have the same problem with SMITE. I gave it a try since Paragon is dead but it feels awful to play, you get almost no feedback from your abilities. Really sad to hear that MHW has a similar problem

play hammer if you want enemies to be stunlocked user

why there's no fucking blood

fucking kill yourself Ryozo

>semantics argument
Basically admitting you have no leg to stand on
