Antiquarian-occultist-highwayman-Man-at-arms usually suits me well. I make sure the Antiquarian has the least debuff resist, and then roll out. When does the CoM DLC come out?

Someone in an earlier thread talked about a backline flagellant that just acts as a pure healer/stress healer. Am I being memed on or is it actually viable?

Thinking of getting this.
Is the DLC worth it?
Is waiting for DLC2 also worth it or getting it now fine?

DLC is EHHHH it shouldn't be enabled for a first time player just because it will fuck your shit up

He doesn't work as a solo stress healer, unless it's a long dungeon. He works fine as a backline healer, both of his heals that can target allies work from all 4 ranks.

Why would you want to do that?

CC? Maybe, but its made for late game. Still, Flagellant and some of the CC trinkets are worth the price
Shieldbreaker? To be honest no, is not. She is fun to use but the dlc its a little expensive

Yeah I agree, most of the time I use this is how we do it and then I buff him with the Occ dark strength.

Yes user, you might actually be retarded

Any hero that can mark works well with him - Occultist, Houndmaster, Arbalest. Any one of them applying a mark will benefit the others, except Occultist who gains no benefit from marking.
Don't use him against bosses that get more than two turns, ever, because the mark will wear out too fast to actually use it.
In general use parties he's good crowd control and damage. Use uppercut, hook and flash bomb for guaranteed stuns against whoever you need stunned at the time, and to fuck up enemy positioning. He does well in champ warrens, where his ability to keep skivers from raping you is invaluable.

I like to put an antiquarian in to nullify the thread of mind control. Past that, I don't think it actually matters much.

Crimson Court is okay if you wait until you have a couple teams of high level guys so you can do it at your own pace. The real pain in the ass is if you kick it off early. Its almost impossible to keep up with the ramp.

I love running 2BH, PD and Occultist in warrens, kills everything fast, completely fucks enemy positioning and can stress heal pretty much purely through crits

You're using him the correct way.

I found him to go well with the Arbalest and the Bounty Hunter, with speed shenanigans.
His move skills are pretty damn useful when you get put up against those asshole that can shuffle your team around

What, it wasn't working out in Omen Seeker General?

Omen Seeker general devolved into a den of edits and most of them don't give a fuck anymore about the "controversy".
