Sexualized character designs are fucking boring and predictable. If the characters don't follow through with how fucking slutty their outfit is in some way, shape, or form, the character itself is boring, poorly conceived, and you have shit taste for even getting a boner to them. There's ways you can make scantily clad characters designed in an interesting way, but weebshit like Xenoblade and its skintight glittersuits don't do it.
