I think the real challenge is getting to him when you're ridiculously underlevelled like I was.
Easily the boss I struggled most on in the entire game.

well thats why you can use the right stick to move the camera.

What is up with its stupid leaping attack?
When you go under the fucker to hit its legs, it's impossible, because the legs are seemingly spread out at a thounsand miles apart, but when it does the fucking leaping attack its whole body just magically becomes the hitbox

I didn't even know about this dude until after Rom. When I finally go to him I was overleveled and killed him on my first attempt.

I killed him on the first try going in blind. Get gud.

I just flailed through Bloodborne honestly. Game didn't know if it wanted me to play it like DMC or Dark Souls.

The badge you get from him isn't even that good. A lot of the badges you get aren't really that good.

The lightning paper is useful in a few situations, but yeah you dont really need it.
