I had a PSP-1000 back in highschool and now I want to get another one and crack it and get all the >games

The fat PSPs are the easiest ones to hack.

I hacked my 2000 pretty easily. I would imagine older=better when it comes to hacking.

Only advantage to fat is that you can permanent CFW, all models can have CFW now but for non-fats you have to run a quick program to reapply it if you completely power the system off instead of putting it in standby. Get a 3000 or a Go.

Get a Vita or a 3000. Vitas have better screens and can do everything psps can and more. 3000s are probably the best out of the original ones

The 2000 is good because it has video out just in case you want to use a television or even stream from the hardware. Otherwise, just grab a vita with an sd2vita adapter.

PSP-1000 feels fantastic, definitely feels the highest quality of any of the PSPs. But it's also obviously huge so I dunno if that works for you. Any of them are fine, the PSP-go is really nicely portable. I'd probably recommend a hacked Vita these days but it's your call.
