Why is this allowed?

Then the game isn't worth the money then
back to posting this every day huh?
its either this or pirating you consumershitter
I thought it was working as intended?
>Start and play game for 1 hour and 45 minutes
>Finish it
It's called a demo, or a flash game. Nothing wrong with it being free.
>bbut its only 1$
If you want to deal with refund shit for 1$ then you're a fucking idiot.
>and even beat the game in this time
>bored
There you go, your shit doesnt deliver. Produce something worthehile and you get paid
>If you want to deal with refund shit for 1$ then you're a fucking idiot.
Yeah making like 3 mouse clicks is sure a lot to deal with. It's honestly easier to refund something on Steam than sell something on the Steam marketplace.
Not that different from what I did back then.
>buy game
>install, crack
>bring game back, refund
>buy indie shmup for 5 dollars
>play and beat game within 2 hours
>keep it because it's really fun and gives me incentive to replay it
WOOOOW. It's almost like a game with challenge and replayability is worth keeping, as opposed to the latest walking simulator that tackles white oppression and male privilege.
Are there some strange shills that are still trying to fight against the refunds? Pretty much everyone seems to love it and the only one that got the shaft were shit indie developers
resetera cunts and neogaf rapefugees shitting the place up
Its kinda shitty if your game can be beaten in under 2 hours but i guess if you dont want to get fucked then dont release it on steam
If I've beaten your game and want a refund, you've failed as a game developer.
My game can be beaten in 2 hours, but I made the choice to make it free to play without any cash shop nonsense.
>downloading the entire game just to quit 15 mins in
God I miss 500mb demos that just drop you in the middle of the campaign so you know what's up.
If your game can be beaten in
>Download game from steam
>Piss about with settings and controls until you get comfortable
>Get through the ridiculous unskippable on-rails tutorial
>Get into the game proper
>It's absolute shite
>Playtime of 2h 5m
>oops, sorry no refund :^)
Just because you interacted with a game for 2 hours, doesn't mean it was worth the purchase or you got your moneys worth.
>>Get through the ridiculous unskippable on-rails tutorial
This is where you quit
Can I refund the hundreds of indie games I got from bundles and I won't ever touch?
no. even single game has 14 day limit
>All games now have a minimum of 2 hour to get past the tutorial levels where they force you to go from set piece to set piece
Why is this allowed? Looking at you Konami
>It's honestly easier to refund something on Steam than sell something on the Steam marketplace.
fuck me it really is isn't it. i yearn for the days when selling was 2 clicks in your inventory, without even using inventory manager or any other convenient jewish spyware addon
you can get refunds even after 4 hours if you just claim"the game continued to run in the background after it crashed and i didnt notice :( "
worked for PUGB 7 hours for 7days to die 5 hours and for MOWAS 1 after 6-7 dont remember exactly
