Nothing. Videogames are not real.
>Videogames are not real
So I guess that means all those games on my shelf aren't real, all the coding made to make games aren't real, all the feelings experenced by videogames are not real, heck this board isn't real!
The love you and the developers inject into the game makes the world and people inside it real to some extent. Our universe is ultimately made of love user
Neither is human interaction.
It's all just like, chemicals, man. Wow.
Morenatsu
srs tho. Mother 3's ending was pretty tearjerky, I was fine until Flint started taking blows for Lucas.
wtf? im a nihilist now!
That was cheesy as fuck. Get a grip, dude.
Persona 4, MGS 3 and 4, FFX, Valkyrie Chronicles, I tear up pretty easily when good music kicks in at the right moment
I don't know, video games don't usually move me in the same way that books and movies do. I can't think of much in recent years.
Nier Automata got me a bit watery eyed a couple of times at least.
Dragon Quest V and Undertale
Hero had a hard life
what about that is nihilistic?
not nihlist but it's literally a rick and morty quote you fucking reddit faggot
Meditate on it a bit. I think you'll come to the same conclusion
Asking with no jest, but what part of Undertale made you cry?
None, Enderal made me feels, for legit crying I need feels meth like Hachiko.
I usually feel a bit sad after watching credits roll on a game I really enjoyed. But specifically, P4&5 for the reason you might expect.
True pacifist final boss
The lost soul part specifically
Not that user but Asgore definitely got me close. Poor bastard.
>knows rick and morty quotes
>calls someone else reddit
Oh yeah Asgore too definitely
But the fight afterwords on neutral just wowed/surprised me so much I stopped
cucks
based
>Chemical reactions aren't real
>I memorized rick and morty dialogue, that makes YOU reddit!
FPBP
>Le power of friendship
ace combat 4, that whole story gets me to this day.
How Can Our Chemicals Be Real If Our Reactions Aren't Real?
Tlou, journey, nier automata
Asgore didn't do anything for me since he pretty much decided to be a coward and kill children because he was afraid of being killed if he decided to take the one soul and kild 7 random humans.
True Pacfist felt like it was trying way too hard to be emotional and came off as really fake.
>still using 'cuck' as an insult in 2018
hi Sup Forums
None has made me cry but the ones that have been close are MGS3 and drakengard 3 endings, and both end with a salute as well, nice
Tomorrow, I'm gonna do good
Lisa wasn't as sad as people said it was.
But fuck me did I get fucking sad when at the end when your party members turn on you, the only thing carp has to say is '... ... brad.' in his fishman voice.
Dad misses you
You didn't have Terry in your final party I presume.
Also Joyful is where the tears start rolling.
all the good ones make me cry when they end because i don't want them to end.
Elite Beat Agents
When you love somebody til the end of time.
Wake up
I had Terry. He also was pretty tearsome.
Joyful actually kinda pissed me off, Playing as Buddy just made me wanna drop the bitch down a clift, I was more angry when she killed the only likable character in the game
Doki Doki Literature Club
I went into the game blind, had past experience with depression, and finding Sayori hanging around really got to me.
I don't remember which Unreal Tournament it was, but it had a single player, or if it was even UT. It was in console. Regardless, I remember a male and female protag, they left the ship to do the mission on a planet. When they were returning the ship was destroyed and the little alien scientist character aboard died, which made me cry, I was quite young. Does anyone have a clue as to which game I'm talking about?
I had 3 depressive episodes, thus I may call you a faggot pussy.
That level was a gut punch out of nowhere. Truly unfair.
undertale (ridicule me with jests and japes all you wish, i was going through relationship shenanigans at the time)
to the moon (i am a very sappy person)
final fantasy xv, though i don't think i outright cried, made me well up and get misty a few times especially at the end when the main final fantasy theme played as the spirits of noctis and lunafreya sat on the throne)
...
Didnt actually cry, but i was pretty close.
Home
mostly because of the music

I found comical how examining almost everything will make Lee make a sad expression, it feels like a sad black man simulator at times.
You kill the ruler of all monsters, and claim their greatest treasure. That's what Heroes do.
The Rite Of Turnabout was a wild ride
It sucks how an entire countries law can fuck with you and the ones you love
And don’t get me started on Case 5
NieR: Automata's E ending
Republic Commando.
>you'll never come back to rescue sev
>went into the game blind
Literally how? The game was spoiled to me within days due to social media, memes, and fucking ecelebs posting the hanging CG as the thumbnail with clickbaity titles to their videos
>Asriel begging you to let him win
>Asgore in general
>Napstablook's phone call to MTT
>Despite everything, it's still you
The dreams in Lost Oddysey were pretty good. Plus the whole thing with cid's mom was heartwarming and depressing.
Super Mario Galaxy was surprisingly emotional for a Mario game.

Friendly reminder you're a selfish piece of dirt if you made her waste a bullet and alert every zombie outside on yourself.
Season 2 shoot friendly Kenny ending hit me hard as well. Obvious not my canon choice, but it's well done.
yeah this hurt my feels too. i didn't cry as it's non-canon.
He showed them what kick ass was all about.
Nier automata but not the ending, although the ending fucking crushed me emotionally.
No what got me to bawl like a fucking child for actual fucking minutes so hard that I had to put the game down and go outside was Gathering Keepsakes
That fucking song man.
>welp. i'm going to grillby's
>papyrus, do you want anything?
When everyone is a redditor no one is.
Remember that statue that started playing music box song when you gave it an umbrella to shield it from a rain? It was almost like the statue played that song to say "thank you" for being so kind. Realizing that I legitimately cried.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon made me cry like a little bitch
TWD S1
youtube.com
Oh how I fucking cried and it wasn't even half an hour into the game.
They could've made TWD such an awesome and emotional game series. They got it legitimately right in season 1. Then they fucked everything up.
...
i dread to think how they'll kill the finale
Gay.
Post smiles that you tried to protect
...
G-games aren't *BUUUUURP* real morty
;_;
What are you? 12 years old? Wooow, so edgy and tough as a fucking rock mr. "I never cry, I am a real man".
Listen sonny, if you think "real men" don't cry then you are either an edgy kid trying to act hard and manly, or a heartless monster who should be locked up away from society.
My nigger.
I didn't want to go, man. I just wanted to stay.
Bye mom......
fuck that ending and the sound Buddy does when you ask her

Did your life shine, Sup Forums?
I'm not saying that crying makes you gay, what I'm saying is that crying because of Undertale makes you a sissy homo fruit.
Like seriously, the game is so fucking cheesy and the characters are laughable.
And then the credits music...ugh
And I am guessing that you only hate it because of its extremely terminally cancerous fanbase.
You do know that monsters in Undertale are marginally different to humans, right? For them being gay is just as normal as anything and as far as I remember there is only one actual gay couple there and vast majority of cast is healthily heterosexual. You know, the dog guards? Toriel and Asgore? Papyrus and Undyne? The way they act is also different to human, because again they are monsters. There is really more to this game than homosexual pairs, cancerous fanbase and cheesy, nonsensical plot.
Witcher 3, a couple times.
A dragon never yields was better. Rite of Turnabout was great but it felt like such a slog. Every bit of headway you made in the case felt too goddamn small.
I won't scatter your sorrow to the heartless sea...
I will always be with you.
I couldn't stop laughing from the idea of him wiping ashes on his face.
>Hanna's departure
Asura finally letting go of his anger
Rando did literally nothing wrong
I didn't say I hate Undertale, I just think you are gay for being emotionally invested to cheesy anime tropes and wacky charcaters and seeing how you are so defensive about it I think I might have struck a nerve.
YOU'RE THE MEANING IN MY LIFE
YOU'RE THE INSPIRATION
>What Video Games have made you cry Sup Forums?
>Fucking.Jenny.Man.
>youtube.com
>starts randomly babbling about video game characters sexuality
I can believe you're the kind of sensitive faggot that would cry at shitty rpg tropes
...
Dude.
Makoto plot from Yakuza 0. Apparently I have a thing for blind chicks
