How do I stop from getting so mad while playing video games? If I win 4-5 games I feel nothing at all, but if I lose 1-2 I feel like hurting something. It's frustrating, and expensive.

Grow up
...
go to the gym
I'm 26, I feel like I should be past this by now.
>playing games
>they're not fun and i feel irrationally angry when I don't win
>i keep buying more of them
are you mentally retarded?
Yeah, you should be
Perhaps your dopamine receptors are desensitized. Get amphetamines, or you could try naturally upregulate them by exercising, reducing fap recurrence and fast intermittently.
Maybe, but I have nothing else to do with my free time. I guess I could try exercising like some are saying though. Honestly there's nothing I actually enjoy doing though.
do you have a source of income?
you sound like a neet
I work a decently paid full time job. Even so, while I have little free time, I still don't have enough things to fill that.
Instead of yelling like an autist bite your fingers maybe that shit will help you
I never yell or throw things, I just calmly disable whatever I'm holding. I don't even curse while playing.
I get mad af at fighting games because I go into most of them with the thought of "I should beat this person". The joy of 20+ win streak is cancelled out by the pain of losing to a shit player.
The only good wins are dominant ones where you start to style or where you beat someone better than yourself.
Only other times I'm mad is either lag or shit team-mates in online games but I'll usually just quit at that point.
quit the games that are online-team based that was the remedy for me, give it a try, I remember myself almost getting a stroke after every single dota 2 match, 4 years later I'm feeling more peaceful than ever before and I won't ever play again any cooperative online game.
stop playing competitive games
You are unable to not take them seriously so do yourself a favor and just stay out of them, you are not missing much anyway.
This better be bait or you are fucking crazy
yep you really should be
Seek help, you sound like you have issues with anger.
That rig looks pretty cool.
what is there on 3ds that you could even make you mad enough to break it
Yeah I definitely don't play online competitive games anymore. I wouldn't scream at people or type vitriol into chat but I definitely would punch my desk and throw shit if I got frustrated enough. I'll still play Counterstrike on casual or community maps but I'll always turn off all chat so I can't see it because another thing that can get me pretty ticked is someone knowingly and intentionally being a dickhead.
Imagine having a small enough iq to unironically get mad at silly things like video gaymes
Ultra Sun. I bought it digitally so it's gone for good along with my team I spent a good deal of time raising, but it's probably for the best. The game wasn't very good anyways.
>Fighting games
I don't think any genre has made me more absurdly angry than fighting games. Its one of the first competitive type game I had to quit playing just because it felt like I was giving myself an aneurysm every time I broke out the stick.
Anger management issues don't usually stem from video games alone. If someone is actively getting enraged from games there's something else going on there.
Get a job.
I never get angry at video games, but I met a lot of people who did get angry at video games. Why? Are they mentally handicapped?
