hard is just unfun horseshit where you get oneshot by a random mobs fucking bullet even with protection chips on, its almost identical to the hardest dififculty where you just get oneshot, atomato has quite a lot of chips that make balancing it near impossible, since anything less then oneshot lets you abuse invincibility and healing to cheese everything anyway regardless as long as you're alive to do so

How dodge is less overpowered on Hard? You can still spam it all the time. I completed it on hard, prologue was the hardest part of the game, everything after was a cakewalk.
