If you look at the hair tab, you have checkboxes that add colors for hair tips and roots. There configs also have a few outline options, too.

It's not the outline, you can see in the image the outline goes over the blue sheen. No options in the hair tab affects it.

My laptop with no GPU can run this character creator without issues, at 1080p and max settings.

I've added a toggle for the color filter (F6) as the game is running, so you can turn it off an on as you please.
Only question is though I don't know what the default should be, either the filter on or off
Best solution so far I've thought of is to make a config file where you can change the default yourself

I'm not too fond of filters. Honestly, the base game looks decent enough as it is and a shit ton of filters is just gonna make it confusing when you download a card that's skin colored and you find out it's completely fucking orange in game.

What do you have to change in the files for it to be available on filter/no filter version? I made half of my girls on the filter version, but I actually prefer the no filter and they don't show up.

Compared to what? The stunningly detailed environments that illusion is known for? And she won't look any different in the game, once it is similarly updated. The color correction isn't doing anything to the character's, it's just turning off the retarded bloom and contrast in the game's lighting engine. The environments might look slightly washed out, but illusion isn't exactly known for their detailed object based lighting, so any difference will be negligible.
This is similar to what LRE does in HoneySelect, and most environments look fine there.
