I had an old laptop with a 690m in it that could run mods. Not well and it eventually fried it, but it could do it.

Artificial Academy 2
Easy to install, and a simple enough game that modding is easy
I have also played SBPR and Honey Select by the same company in a more realistic art style, but AA2 just has entertaining gameplay

I got no problem with someone being either scantily clad or completely naked if they would otherwise not care about such decency laws. I always keep my eye out for such mods.
