Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the game so I feel like I suck pretty bad, but are the hammers viable throughout the game? I've enjoyed using them, but against flying enemies I feel kind of unprepared since I can barely hit them without them just flailing on me with their claws, or roasting me with an elemental attack, leaving me with barely any time to actually hit them when I get back to them from evading it. I know you can knock enemies out the sky with stuff like flash pods, but what am I supposed to do if I run out? Just always be prepared with armfuls of them?

this one has plenty of environmental stuff you can do, plus you can mount them too. Use that to ground them for a while. All weapons are viable, some are better than others against certain enemies.

A good idea is to stock up on flashbugs and just always carry them in your pouch, you can then set up a shortcut to craft flash pods on your quick select radial.
That shit is essential for flying enemies.
