I think the skips being a team is the bigger problem; most of the playable ones canonically have/would try to kill each other on sight. they should be no different from chaos/mtf etc, individual factions able to attack each other, with only say the doc able to speak at all, and everyone able to hear him
I think part of the problem is he goes apeshit at nearby gunfire and seems to move too fast in his dormant state. If they make him so that he's Doc speed or slower and only goes sanic if you look at him he'll probably be a good SCP to compliment th others
The lock popping ability is a little OP though.

imo he should have a modified ff type mechanic, where he can only actually kill people who have seen his face. idk how hard it would be to program specifics like looking at his feet or his back not triggering it, but that would be ideal.

Crab Nicholson is my favorite "old-Sup Forums" joke because it seems like somebody or other picks it up anew every few years, but not often enough that it actually gets ran into the ground. It's an idea that's outrageously stupid enough to keep attracting attention, but also plainly idiotic enough to keep anybody from doing anything significant with it.

I wish the tactical teams played a smaller role in the game. The scientist/D-boy aspect is much more interesting. Opposing forces having to work together, scp's are even more of a threat. The objectives are a hell of a lot simpler.
