Its not even that, the game just drags and the story isn't as intresting. Except for handsome Detective Pardo.

Hotline Miami 2 had a better soundtrack though.
That counts for a lot in these games. Especially since Hotline Miami 1's soundtrack was really good to begin with.

Le Perv is the best track
