Peach, Daisy and Rosalina are literally headswaps. Exact same body type, only Rosa's scaled up to be taller.
For different body types, MKW's Miis have slightly thicker arms and are shorter than the princesses. Overall pretty average (not fat, but not supermodel thin like the princesses) proportions body-wise. 7 gives them slim arms but fat bodies, and 8 just flat out makes them fat.
Toadette's thicker than the princesses, but that's due to Toad proportions. Babies too, compared to the adult forms; again due to a stylistic choice. Villager is wearing layers, but likely isn't as thin as Peach and Daisy are if the socks are thin enough. Inklings are slim.
