I didn't really follow the game since it looked mediocre but a friend recommended I pick it up and I've played about 16 hours now. I can't really see any valid criticisms with it besides there being transactions in it which are included in every game nowadays, they don't alter the experience at all if you don't buy them. At most you're getting a 2% xp bonus which isn't really anything to shout home about but if people want to buy that they can.
I'm not going to defend paying for another save slot but it doesn't affect me and probably wouldn't affect anyone else since they can just play the game with a different login on consoles or use family sharing on pc so they can have another save.
