Work on your fundamentals bit by bit, and you'll get there. You're also not a terrible artist at all! You've got a decent grasp of anatomy and colouring. While you can always push yourself forward, I wouldn't put you anywhere near terrible. Indeed, if I took a thesaurus and looked up the word 'terrible', I'd likely find your art there as an antonym.
