What game has the most accurate breeding?
I'm looking for a game where I would catch monsters/animals and breed the same species which focus on a single mutation for that species. The mutation doesn't have to be physical (e.g. horn size or skin color), it can be stats (e.g. abnormally high defense). Hopefully it also follows through with inbreeding -- for example, breeding for high defense may cause the offspring's attack points to lower.

There's also a game called Ark: Survival Evolved, but based on the reviews online it doesn't support inbreeding.

Although I think colors for that are actually dependant on hexadecimal numbers in an array, and breeding the ponies has takes the array for each parent and performs matrix algebra on them. All I know is my sister used to play the game and earn real money by breeding pure black horses with purple wings and then selling them to other players.
