Why does every guy in Fable turn me down?

So, I've been playing Fable: The Lost Chapters, and I've been told you can marry a guy if you want, but none of them seem to be into me. My attractiveness is at 90, and still nothing.
What do these fellas want?

PS: I don't want to marry a girl, cause all their voices are fucking annoying

fag

Yall niggas posting in a homo thread

so helpful, thanks

...

because you play with keyboard and mouse, faggot

>PS: I don't want to marry a girl, cause all their voices are fucking annoying
Just marry the evil mayor ffs

>being so inept that you get rejected by both sexes in a video game
Hmmm

Not every guy in the game is gay
I remember in 2 there was some way to tell but it's been a long time since I've played either game

still annoying

it's not like it's difficult

ah okay.
this is the first time i've played it since it came out

>not marrying the grandma from rose cottage
at the end of the game you look 80 years old anyway

>Not being so good at the game you finish it while still being in your early 20s

grandma might be my one exception to the 'no women' rule

I'm not sure how many people are even aware of this and it is extremely rare to get a Fable thread on Sup Forums so I'll be nice and tell you guys something. Your age is based on the skills you learn though if you learn all of the spells you will look like a skinny dying old man of a mage with glowing tattoos, train physical and you will be buff as hell. Some things are just unavoidable. You can actually get a few years back though I never tested it to see if it would actually make you look any younger. One of the possible rewards of sacrificing to Skorm (best chance is during midnight though the more good you are the better the odds as well) is I believe becoming 10 or so years younger on your stats though generally I always wanted the fucking bow. The temple of Avo is much easier to deal with as you fucking rich no matter what you do and also have a possible reward of making you 10 or so years younger. Like I said though I'm not sure if it will make you look physically younger but the options are there. Of course each option can only be used once each.

i like not having scars so that magic shield is a must
>one hit by a wasp
>disfigured forever

>not doing human sacrifices and bribery to keep yourself looking fresh

That's a well known trick, if you really want to abuse their age reverting benefits you're supposed to be on a Hero Quest while sacrificing people so that when you save it keeps your current stats, but not the progress so that you can do it again and again to shave off even more years

Correction: slightly pass 3 AM, not midnight. My bad, should've double checked before posting but whatever. This thread need more bumps anyway.

Do it too much and you'll corrupt your save.

do tattoos age you?

There is 1 gay guy per city who you can marry.

If you get +100 attractiveness, -100 scariness, and get a fair bit of fame (Do like 3 quests and take some boasts) people will fall in love with you on sight, that's the easiest way to figure out what guys are gay that I know of.

awesome, thank you

Wait you could do that?

I think owning their house might also help actually, and I know that never having caused a crime in town helps too.

I know when I had maxed attractiveness, minimal scariness, the Avatar title, owned every building in Oakvale, and had never caused a crime (When you've caused serious crimes people will hate you forever, even if you kill off everyone, they'll always hate you in that town) every woman and gay guy in Oakvale would get a mid-size heart when they first saw me, and by just standing near them they'd eventually get to maximum love.

No you won't. I literally did this every time I played the game; I would grind my ass off to be max stats before the trader escort quest/find the archaeologist quest, and hero save after sacrificing at skorm/donating at Avo to get younger, and repeat until I was 18 again. Then after all of the game quests that age you were over, I'd do one final sacrifice/donation to get back to 18 forever.

they aint all gay mayn

Nah he's right, you will corrupt your save if you hero save too many times, it's around 20 saves that ruins your file.

Don't say "Werks on my machine," it's literally an inherent bug of the game that can't be avoided, there's an exact value of Hero saves, that's surprisingly low, that causes your save to corrupt.

Is this game worth playing now if I've never played it before?

the first Fable? you kidding?
Pick up The Lost Chapters and you'll be in for a ride.

yeah, the combat if fun, if a bit tedious. there's lots of little jokes, and it's generally pretty enjoyable. plus, it's not a very big game 20-30 hours, small for an RPG
