I live in yurop and I don't file my own taxes, government does that automatically from my paycheck and even I get tax return. Fuck if I know how it works but they usually take more thant they're supposed to.

This is not true, when you get a new job you fill out a W4, which is how many tax deductions you claim and a spot where you write down how much you want taken out of each paycheck. If you leave it blank then your employer just takes out whatever default amount they decide on taking. You can put a zero in there and have nothing taken out for the whole year and pay all your taxes at once.
