Not surprising. It’s a genuinely fun game. The story is well told with some good emotional beats and VA performances (even if it is a bit predictable), and the gameplay stays varied enough to be interesting throughout thanks to god environment design and enemy variation. If you actually give the game enough time to get into the swing of things, you can’t reasonably say it isn’t at least a 7/10
