This. Their last character was Moira. The only reason I can think of why they would release another support hero, and in particular a support hero with tank-like abilities, is because of how powerful dive is right now with characters like tracer/genji and she's supposed to be anti-dive.

Any "hero shooter" inevitably ends up revolving the balance around abilities and hard counters rather than the actual shooting. ASSFAGGOTS suffer from the same problem but it's somewhat offset by having way way more characters.
