uh oh, it's time to post your mother fucking fightstick.
Uh oh, it's time to post your mother fucking fightstick
...
I plan on buying sanwa buttons for it soon. The buttons that came with it are not very good quality so now they are very flimsy.
What game was this again? Looks familar
that's not how you're supposed to transliterate andieluca dumbass
...
are there even consistent rules
>fightstick
It's called an arcade stick.
...
...
I want to do something with it to make it look more personal than just a stock stick but I've got no idea what I should do.
>obsidian
>above panthera
lol
>The lower you go on the tier list the less negatives there are
>some of these the only negatives are things like "hori parts" which are incredibly easy and cheap to replace with better parts
>somehow worse than controllers without entire buttons like touchpad
Do you like using a hitbox? I'm very tempted to waste money on one
>panthera
>disconnects during grand finals
not him but
hitbox is the best controller, easily
Make one yourself.
get some custom artwork/plexi for it, it's pretty cheap from focus attack, picking one up for my panther with my waifu on it as soon as I get more free time
Yeah thinking about doing that. It would be a fun project
custom art
Got this for $50 bucks, first arcade stick. I wish I had money when madcatz was around.
Never tried sanwa parts and everyone says are way better, but I don't feel qanba parts is making me drop combos or something drastic. What's the difference?
>Even considering taking a tripfag's opinion as anything but garbage.
it's like using a keyboard, but buttons instead of keys to me. I like it, though I still feel like im not completely used to it yet.
...
What is the cheapest one I can get? Im fucking poor atm but I would like to have one
Man changing the art on the RAP4 seems like a pain in the ass.
if you can only buy a really cheap one it's probably better not to buy one at all
find a box, buy some parts, and boom ghetto magic
A Qanba Drone if you want something that is just barely worth it. Horizon RAP4, if not.
>mayflash f300
solid stick my man.
>I plan on buying sanwa buttons for it soon
That's what I did with my F500! (pic related) Along with a sanwa stick. Real easy. A lot of fags like have a shit list and puts mayflash in trash tier, but mayflash has come a long way. As long as you have sanwa you are good.
Meant for
...
I'm gonna build a hitbox. Give me images to print on it!
I could make one with wood, is it difficult to do the actual technical part or is it basically lego?
>parts came but case won't get here til next week
>can't even find a fucking shoebox or something as a temp
Suffering
Cursed images
Commissioned my sister to doodle something for me
just go to your local fleamarket or whatever and get something like this for cheap
you could probably make one out of lego if you really wanted to.
Nigga, push the doggo button!
shit, was meant for
A metal gear survive moment when MC got thrown into the zombie portal by getting hit by a box.
looks like she busted a nut under the glass dude
get your waifu on it so she can cheer you on at tournaments
Whoever's stick that is, is a good person
Yeah, she loves the evil skull goop
PS3,PS4,Xbox 360,Xbox1,PC, and with a undamned usb to db15 decoder Neo-geo and superguns. Maybe one of these days I'll put some artwork on it. The Akuma SSF2 official artwork is what I have in mind if I would do it, but make it black & white
Watch out guys
But I like Hori parts
mameshiba
MAMESHIBAAAAA~
Got this one too. I do want to customize it too but it just looks so good already I'm afraid I'll ruin it somehow
This is a better pick before i painted the case orange
See
Someone import a hitbox to Europe for me, please
that looks painful to use
Its too fucking big i cant fit it on my lap my idea was to make it like a suitcase i could carry other controllers in while i was at magfest
I guess that's what I'll do, then.
I just need to find a pic Patchouli that fits
...
What is the modern counterpart to the Hori T5 stick?
I can dig mine out but it's probably worth it to just invest in something newer. The PS2 PCB is still probably valuable if I want to use it on older systems.
I was thinking of F500 with Sanwa parts but with the PS4 fob that's $150+ granted it will be with my preferred parts.
That's a panzer 3 right? I would order one if I had the money. Think the guy who makes those is moving to Japan, might be too late for me.
...
...
now where could my pipe be?
Was the art difficult to change?
...
>another 2hu user
good taste user 2hus are the best wives
Ol' reliable
No, but it's analogous to writing your ID XxLiKe_tHiSxX
hot
...
Yeah a Panzer 3 Jasen customs. Not sure if he is moving to Japan, but I do know he is in the Navy iirc and sometimes leaves shop for a few months at a time.
Cases are really built well. The case itself no hardware is like 179 which seems expensive, but its made of all metal. When you look at other options even from tek-inovations for a plexiglass case or wood case you still run $60-$80 for a case unless you make your own.
I put this one together, extremely easy with the Ezmod Universal fighting board.
those stickers look stupid.
making artwork for my madcatz se since I'm never going to be able to afford that VLX diamond. All I have to do is get the line shit together and do some color correction.
he plays guilty gear go easy on him
I think they look cute desu
...
The more I consider getting a fightstick, the more I think I'll end up regretting it.
So, kins of a dumb question, but is it more comfortable having a thin short stick than a tall thick one? The mayflash f300 looks too tall to be comfortable, but since I only want it for casual play, I dont want to spend a lot on some king of madcatz stick.
What do you guys think?
>saw this guy at combo breaker 2016
>he was still using it at frosty faustings this year
how expensive can a new box be it's been 2 years
I got you bro, check your inbox ;)
Thanks dude
...
poverty stick
Let me get that artwork
Is mine cool enough?
Anyone had any luck removing the hayabusa buttons from a hori rap 4? The punch buttons are so close to the plastic framing they seem impossible to remove
how'd you get default buttons out? I can't get mine out?
Anyone use screw in buttons?
Just gotta hold the tabs and force the buttons out.
...
I was thinking of getting one if the hori rap sticks but I hear you're stuck with the art since it's not easily removable, is there anything to get around that?
The kick buttons are easy. I can do that. IT's that the punch buttons are really close to the framing like I said. Also I'm hoping there'd be enough space for the screw on the screw ins.
If you live in america you can buy a plexi panel with screws. All you have to do is peel the default art off and replace it and you'll see screw holes that were hidden by the default art
...
gotta use a screwdriver
Screw can get loose a lot of times due to the nut, meaning the button can spin if you don't regularly tighten them. On my panzer 3 one of my side buttons does that even if I re-tighten it.
With that in mind I would've got snap ins 24mm, but they didn't have the same color as my face buttons which were transparent red snap in seimetsus.
I would stick with snap ins unless you plan on removing your buttons a gorillion times. Even then they are still durable as hell after removing a few times. The quality is the same.
I mean the gap between the button and the framing is so tight most screwdrivers can't squeeze in
>yellow buttons for Yohane
just use a heat gun or hair dryer and peel the art off
got this one for FighterZ
I mean the gap between the button and the framing is so tight most screwdrivers can't squeeze in. Same with the options button.
