That depends on how the HWID is assigned, it doesn't follow a standard like IP addresses.
Most implementations will assign you an ID based on multiple hardware pieces, usually the system drive's volume ID and the network adapter's MAC address are the most common. Both can be spoofed easily, and it's also incredibly easy to create virtual network adapters and hard disks. I've seen some implementations also take some crap from your Windows User account, I don't remember what it was, but if in doubt creating a new user account would also bypass that one.
