Nasus is such a giant faggot and even if you shut him down in lane and cuck his Q farm, he's still a giant fucking monster with 7k health and AoE %health damage, on top of still being able to shred towers thanks to Demolish and lifesteal for a decade and a half.

Worst character in the game on the other hand is Rek'sai. Absolute garbage.

Cho is very strong now, he's relatively unchanged except that his stacks have no cap (but there's a cap on how many you can get from minions and monsters) and his E is now an active that applies to the next handful of attacks and does %maxhp damage

Nasus is still relevant as always

Warwick's old kit had very little interaction because of passives and point-clicks. Every single aspect of Morgana's kit has counterplay, specially now that they toned down her safe lane sustain.
