That's nothing. I remember a late game dungeon that had 4 monster rooms in a row with late stage evolutions
Oh this bring me good memories thanks OP
Was it ever possible to steal from Kecleon and survive?
Considering you can recruit him to your team, yes.
this
Yes, but you gotta be a mystery dungeon GOD
...
just use earthquake
>wild Dustox used silver wind!
>Critical Hit!
>wild Dustox used silver wind!
>wild Venamoth used silver wind!
>You fainted
T-thanks
>It's a monster house!
>Wild Rapidash used Agility!
>Wild Rapidash used Agility!
>Wild Rapidash used Agility!
>they all turn to look at you
Thanks for reminding me of this horror show.
There were a couple dungeons where every 25 floors, the whole floor was just one big monster house. Shit was the worst. A lot of the enemies had room range attacks too.
>Play a solo Ghost-type, no partners
>Enter Monster House
>Walk into a wall
>Walk out of Monster House
>Skip hard corners and hard outrun Pokemon
>Steal everything in Keckleon's shop
>He and his cohorts can't do a damn thing because I'm in the wall
>Don't bother with the increased food decrease, just take the 1HP loss every movement
>Just use Pain Split whenever I'm low on a nearby Kecleon to regain health-stamina to move
>Can pass over holes in the floor by default, as well as water
>And lava, if I don't mind being burned
Play a Ghost-type, user. Drifblim in Explorers gets his Unburden ability automatically activated whenever he isn't holding anything, meaning you get two turns instead of just one. He's the best Pokemon in Explorers by far because of this, plus Ghost-typing.
>you can change characters in the gba games
Huwaaaht
Did you never beat the main story? You're allowed to change captains after you do. Though I always found it weird that your player avatar, someone who is supposed to be human, goes to the friend areas instead of hang out in their team base like they should.
No, I never got far in the game, whats the post game like?
A bunch of hell dungeons get opened up, you're allowed to evolve your Pokemon, including your avatar, you can change captains and teams any which way you want, and there are some slight story modes, like Gengar wanting to apologize to Gardevoir, but ultimately it comes down to the same thing every Pokemon game is known for, catching them all. Recruiting them all in this case.
There's also multiple 100-floor dungeons that start you with zero items, at level 1, no partners, heavy darkness, and 50% sticky items and expect you to fight your way to the top like that. Clearing Purity Forest, one such dungeon, is how you recruit Celebi.
Huh, sounds interesting, Im gonna download it, thanks user
