posture is a meme. sit however you want its your life
I feel more focused with good posture
balls or a proper chair with lumbar support
It's the difference between back problems at 55 or 57, either way you're going to be old and life is shit when it happens.
I can tell you with 100% certainty that it is not a meme. My back just recovered last week.
Herman Miller Aeron or Steelcase Leap, but I personally got a Serta Jennings (since I am tall and had to get a chair from Office Depot). Some people say Ikea Markus, but that thing just LOOKS like a meme.
GOLEM GET YE GONE

What is this incomprehensible mess of a sentence you're just stringing words together, there's even names in there
They're brand names of office chairs you absolute brainlet

this most made me laugh as i scrolled past so here's a hearty (You), good job
Doesn't this defeat the purpose of sitting on a ball?
I'm not some kind of chair cuck who rests my ass on the fruits of a better man's labor like you, you fucking vegetable.
This, I'm already flexible, can easily do the splits and side splits without warming up and can auto fellate, so I have no need to have good posture while sitting down.
You sound like a socialist

I'm slouched so far down in my chair right now i might as well be laying down. I'm gonna get back cancer and i dont give a fuck
Oh my God

Why don't you take your soy-gargling seat-sniffing chair cuck ass back to kindergarten where you belong.
Just keep the keyboard and mouse at arm rest level and don't slouch.
Cowboy riding his neck where?
I am convinced that people that make these complaints are from other countries and can't read script.
The OP essentially asked for chair recommendations. In turn, I very briefly prattled off my research results with some supporting flair.
If your I.Q. is too low to read "speaking voice," that's your goddamn business.
I think the post is referring to how the chair brands make your sentence read like you had a fucking stroke while writing it.
i feel second hand embarrassment for you
So, trolling?
Fine, I'll just do what I do with every other instance of it.
im sure you do
Irony.
>serta jenning

Golem get ye gone
Anybody do the shit where their shoulders go forward too much? I have this bad habit of not keeping my shoulders back far enough, I can't fix it for some reason
I usually lean so far back in my chair it's more like I'm laying down
I bought an Alera Elusion series Mesh off Amazon for about $190.
Hurt my lower back last year, after much therapy and healing I was still getting pain because my computer chair was super uncomfortable.
Bought this thing and it fixed all my problems. Very comfy and lots of adjustments. The mesh back feels really good
Done.
This is completely missing the point, good lord. Sitting on a ball is good for your back because you need to stay active to keep your balance. This shit is like standing on a ladder and claiming you're doing a pullup.
the doll turned to momokun
You can buy a kind of medical suspenders that make a noise when your shoulders go forward too far, reminding you to straighten up. It's usually for kids, but I'm pretty sure they have adult versions too.
With a couple of adjustable armrests that thing would actually probably be pretty comfy.
lots of laughter
>It's the difference between back problems at 55 or 57
You mean 35 or 57.
this tbqhfam
by using my fucking back muscles to keep it.
