Only the second game has any significant differences and it's up to personal opinion if they are for the best or the worst (minus less gore which is definitely for the worst). The first game is pretty much the same, and RE is the same on both consoles.

With the exception of RE they all have more content than the Xbox versions though, like new chapters, characters, moves and weapons, not to mention better visuals. Xbots get triggered but truth be told they are the definite editions, especially for the first one.

Putting classic Castlevania games, the Silent Hill series or MGS on Steam can´t be that hard to do and would generate millions with minimal effort.
