Romance routes were never really a thing. Even for VC3 they only added the Imca stuff later since initially Riela was the only love interest.

Imca was actually fairly low key for a tsundere, and is more of an ice queen. I'm not saying ahe was amazing but she was less bland than Reila who is aboutas bland as love interests in games can be.

I'm playing through VC3 right now, when are you supposed to be changing classes? Is it only worth it to change after you rank up someone to elite and start unlocking the high potentials?

Speaking of potentials, I wish they would give you a description of the effects when one triggers, it's hard to remember a hundred different things your soldiers have. It doesn't look like this is fixed in VC4 either.

There was some hinting at a PC version by the localizers, it's probably going to come at a later date.

You only change if you want to grab a potential from a different class. The system allows you to bring in one potential from a different class into any class.
So you could make a scout a temporary Shocktrooper until they grab the anti intercept potential and then class change back, and set the anti intercept as your one extra potential.

It lets you minmax your units if you want or just try out different builds.

Playing VC3, I only recently unlocked the valkyria ability with Riela, and it makes a lot of things a lot easier.
Almost every situation a lot easier, for now at least.


But then I remember Welkin telling Maximillian how he lost the moment he started to rely on the power of the Valkyrur and I end up not using the Valkyria ability.

Another question, what's a good way to deal with heavy armors? Right now I've just been rolling my tank up, blasting them in the face with an AP round and letting a sniper clean up.
