It continues in Brigmore Witches.

It gets picked up in witches but even then it's not a terribly satisfactory ending

yes

Great DLC. Death of the Outsider is great too.

I liked that rich guys‘ house mission. Don‘t know why but it stuck with me more than a lot of other missions.

it felt like you were doing just a generic Daud assassination in Dunwall. thats why i remember it anyway
also obligitory

Holy shit i need to replay dishonored

I liked the nonlethal ending to it, but in terms of memorable, I prefer the Slaughter House.

Starting now the dlc. Should I stick with non lethal for Daud? I actually never did an high chaos run.

no never play nonlethal. itsboring and unsatisfying. and the endings never make up for it. also
stealth lethal is cannon

Do both

Self insert as daud, then you know non lethal isn't his way

>stealth lethal is cannon
it's not you absolute faggot

The Outsider did nothing wrong.

Delilah looks pretty good compared to the ingame version

Not him. What is the canon? I played full stealth non lethal in both games.

Low Chaos is canon in both games and Daud's DLCs, and Emily is the canon protagonist in 2.

So my playthroughs were canon? I played full stealth non lethal in 1 and full stealth non lethal as Emily in 2.

Yes. Incidentally, Lady Boyle in Dishonored 1 is canonically Waverley.

I see. Thank you. Is Dishonored dead now due to bad sales of 2?

Not necessarily. The Emily/Corvo arc is officially over but the devs have said that Dishonored 3 is possible, it would just focus on someone else.
Personally my money is on Tyvia. I read the first novel, Corroded Man, and it goes into quite a bit of detail about Tyvian politics and there's one scene in particular where a type of Tyvian soldier is described that just screams "WE WILL BE AN ENEMY TYPE"

>a type of Tyvian soldier
what makes them notable?

They're called Operators, basically Tyvian MIBs who wear black masks and have had their legal identities erased. They're supposed to be behind-the-scenes secret police kind of guys who disappear people that make trouble.

Not him. I don't remember the soldiers, but I do remember the government (11 wise men or something?) and the cool philosophy (No one is jailed, you're merely "set free")

Yeah as I recall the Tyvian government is basically a great big act put on to convince people that they're free and have options but really the rulers run shit with an iron fist. The prisons are ass-deep in impassable frozen wasteland and have no walls, you're allowed to just leave if you want but you won't because you'll fucking die and the council will just go "what's the matter? it's not like we're keeping yo here lol"

>no dishonored game where the outsider gives the mark to a random overseer
>have to keep it hidden while going on anti heresy missions
>instead of chaos you have suspicion
>the more you use the powers the higher it gets
>it affects how your fellow overseers act towards you
>can end up getting attacked by both sides, the heretics and your brothers
>have a scene where you can only save your friend by using the powers, but it has chaotic consequences or some shit
>powers are based on the seven scriptures with the effect being that youre breaking them, because outsider is a dick or something
Never ever

Daud’s story wasn’t good at all compared to the main game.

I thought Daud's was way better than thr generic "the princess in another castle" story of the main game

This is a pretty cool idea, senpai
