No idea why they would make a big game with high production values like this. If I held the gaming licence for JP, I would make a simple F2P mobile Tycoon game with Dinosaurs and microtransactions and a Pokemon Go style game with dinosaurs but instead of catching pokemon, you catalog them in your dinosaur pokedex.
