All of Capcom's ports in the last 10 years have ran great except the recent Dead Rising games which were made by those canadian hacks

I play MH solo and I like Legends but I admit it wasn't that great of a series. Plus it would've been on the 3DS of all things, which is the system that's been keeping me from playing MH since 3U.

DD runs like shit for me. It used to run steady 100+ fps on my GTX 770, once I upgraded my GPU (and only my GPU) to a 1080 it ran 50-80 fps, literally no matter what setting I'm on.
Upscaling to 4k literally only increases GPU usage so much that framerate still says the same. So every single setting nets me those sweet 45 fps.

Apparently I'm not the only one with this issue either. Funny thing is, I have not encountered a single fucking game that does this except DD and for some reason its online counter-part, DDO.
Other MT Framework games (newer ones like DMC4SE) get me those sweet 300 fps.

The PC release of MHW will give it a boost, especially if Capcom is still adding content to the console versions by then.
Fun fact: MML3 was dead on arrival. Inafune privately handed in his notice of resignation before he publicly announced the fan poll for Aero's design. Not saying Capcom isn't at fault here, but yeah.
Every 3DS version of Monhun has had a large amount of cheaters online, and MHW on PC will attract a lot of Soulshitters. It's doubtful that the PC version won't have cheaters unless Capcom implements some sort of anti-cheat rootkit (which is arguably worse than having the game infested with cheaters)

I wish World was a better game, but as it currently is, I honestly feel like it doesn't deserve this success.
for an MH game it's lackluster as fuck, I stopped having fun pretty much the moment I first took down Xeno'Jiiva, none of these monsters are particularly enjoyable to fight, they're either too easy, or just annoying without levity.

this game's done one thing for me, it's guaranteed me purchasing XX, World can fuck off, I know more content's coming, but by this point it's already too little, too late.
