Do you ever have to take breaks from gaming because you get sore?

Do you ever have to take breaks from gaming because you get sore?

My left wrist feels painful so I'm quitting TF2 for a few weeks.

This is the earliest stage of carpal tunnel syndrome. Nothing serious (just yet), but if you continue feeling pain and\or discomfort, you should use an ergonomic keyboard and\or a wrist band, and take more breaks during a gaming session. Or go to a doctor, they'll tell you the same thing.

I'm already doing all of those things and have had pain issues for about 7 years now. It's over. I'm finished.

Had a couple of fingers go numb once. Combination of work stress and my shitting posture were leading me down the path to carpal tunnel.

Yes, you need a break. A long one, most likely.

My wrists barely get sore, but my pinkies start to lose a bit of feeling and go cold.

No i don't play games

Here, do this excercise few times a day and your hand will not hurt from excessive gayming.

>How to break your wrist 101
Nice try faggot

Don't, it will spray mustard gas!
Seriously, I will never know if this meme is real or not.

Try to aim with your elbow you useless fat cunt

I don't get this image. That is a legitimate stretch. Just don't do it too hard, just as you shouldn't do any stretch too hard.

rip jason

I play at 400dpi, 2.3 in-game sens, and my shoulder and elbow work overtime when playing FPS games.

Nobody its falling for that you sack of shit

I have tens of thousands of hours invested in video games and i'm 21, never had pain

Oh so the troll is that it looks like a troll even though it isn't a troll, which makes it a troll. I get it. Good shit man.

No reason why you should have wrist pain unless you are aiming with your wrist noob just gid gud fat bitch

>Past 20 and keep playing vidya
Bahwbhabahabaha fat cunt

I'm not fat and it's not my right wrist that hurts. It's my left wrist. Particularly after playing scout.

underage

I have some kind of blob in my left wrist, shits been there for 20 years. It's sometimes sore, it doesn't like when my wrist is bent upwards.

I play pc vidya and draw too and I never felt pain in my wrist because of that. How do you guys position your arm and hand?

it might literally be cancer

my thumb always hurts after playing fighting games on pad

You're confusing good genetics with good posture. You were gifted the inability to get pain from wear and tear like we have.

Well what is good posture?

I have to take a break from masturbating because there's a big bump on the side of my dick.

Dunno, but good posture doesn't matter. Genes do.

...

Also I have the ligameme so maybe that's why.

You, uh, might want to get that checked out.

I do because my eyes get sore, but it's usually because I haven't eaten.

only to masturbate

>my wrist hurts no more TF2 for a while
>proceeds to jack off daily and carry heavy shit

Lmao

my left fingers hurt as hell sometimes so i cannot play fps games many hours

I'm a nigger dick loving faggot btw

>playing VR game
>crouch
>knee pops

I have a bit of arthritis. Playing things like the switch or 3ds can really hurt my thumbs.
For PC gaming, I rarely have issues. I feel like positioning is huge. The width of your chair arms, height of chair, and other factors can all have major impacts on you. I've gamed in a smaller width chair and it literally made me unable to play from the pain from 1-2 hours of CSGO. Went back to my normal position and never had problems.
