Final boss isn't the hardest enemy in the game

This is now a Dark Crystal thread.
>Final bosses final form is unbeatable so your character can have a touchy feely power of friendship moment.
*hiss*
>secret optional boss
>more harder than final and takes almost an hour to defeat it.
>final boss is the easiest enemy
>player character is equally powerful to an overpowered godlike final boss
>first boss is the best boss
>boss before final boss rapes your ass
>actual final boss is a pushover
is it a porn game?
bayo2 was gud
that mino king though
Oldfag here....she was literally my first crush as a kid.
HMMMMMM
ok which e celeb made a video about dark crystal?
labyrinth was better
>boss has 3 forms
>the first form is the hardest
Bayonetta
Chrono Trigger
>Final boss is the easiest enemy in the game
>If you don't attack him he dies anyway
Guess the game
>hardest boss is in the middle of the game and barely has any relevance to the story
nah
>Final Boss is a cutscene
>Dies by environmental hazard
>tfw no Dark Crystal game
Fable
>the witcher 3
im pretty sure the final boss in ac2 was this
Persona 5
ANOTHER WORLD
ANOTHER TIME
IN THE AGE OF WONDER
t. anti-semite
Early bosses in Persona are usually way harder because of your lack of party variety and items. I don't know how many fucking times I died to Yukiko's boss but fucking breezed through the rest of the game in P4. I don't think I had trouble on any boss in P5, I think I died maybe two or three times to that one fat ass mobster dude and that was it. P5 was a lot easier allowing you to swap in and out party members, then just worry about keeping protag alive.
Are you guys hopeful for Dark Crystal 2?
Goddamn this is such a good fucking movie.
Why would anyone want a sequel?
>final boss is a gigantic alien orgasm
You did that on purpose.
>base game
>youre an unstoppable god
>DLC
>every enemy is a damage sponge and ridiculous damage because devs cant into DLC power scaling
It's too late man. It's happening.
>base game
>challenging but fun
>DLC
>pathetically easy because it was balanced for players who haven't already beat the campaign
Xenoblade X
>boss isn't some huge overpowered monster who is invulnerable to attacks except at preset intervals
>boss has similar movesets, speed, agility, attack power and amount of health to player character
>the fight is entirely skill and reflex based and feels like a fight between equals
>the ai is actually good enough to hold its own and make it fun
youtube.com
Fallout New Vegas
>Boss is easy until the final phase
>final phase is incredibly fucking difficult and unforgiving
>every time you die it takes 15 to get back to that phase of the boss again
Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen but I like it like that. Once you get DLC items you become an unstoppable god again and then NG+ becomes so fucking stupid easy it turns into a snore fest.
Dark Souls 2
You better not be talking smack about my game, ya?
>actually agreed with Kain and I was happy to play as him in the battle.
>Battle changes to controlling Raziel
FUCK this gay game
>hardest boss in the game is only so because of glitches or poorly implemented gimmicky bullshit instead of actually being any more challenging
Wadanohara and the great blue sea?
Its a prequel series, not a sequel
>hardest boss in the game is a protagonist from a different game in the series
>only hard because you have to adhere to strict guidelines to game his AI
That VERY last Sephiroth """"fight"""" that symbolizes Cloud breaking free from Seph's control.
Shadow of Fucking Mordor
Jeanne was peak boss design, hindered by the long ass minigame you must beat every time to reach her.
White sage was boring.
Fem God was hype thematically, but a pushover, yet also a giant pain in the ass because of stage hazards.
Bayo is such a mixed bag.
>boss isn't the challenging or enjoyable kind of hard, merely tedious
Won't get my hopes up but if Henson company still got the magic maybe it will turn out okay.
typically this is like, the final boss is some kinda story bullshit so its supposed to be a pushover, thats why they make the penultimate the hardest, you're basically done by then
