No, I don't know. This is the first time I've seen this controller before. I typically use a USB adapter and my old Atomic Purple controller for emulation.

I like mine. It was only 20 bucks.

The controller ha a design flaw where if youre holding down the L button and tilt the analog stick up it bumps into the L button and limits movement of the stick while also depressing the L button if you have it held. So basically you cant press L and up on the stick at the same time.

Almost all N64 games used the analog stick and buttons (so no L button) and the only exception I can think of is the Kirby game that used dpad and buttons.

So again- which N64 game used the dpad and analog stick at the same time? That's the only situation where this would ever come up.

For the record I have one, I've tested it for this problem and I'm not having that issue.

I just use this to play N64 games, never had a problem.

I heard MK4 was really good on the N64.

There's no reason to play any fighting games on N64 unless you're going down nostalgia lane. Killer Instinct and Smash 64 are probably the best but at the end of the day it's just better to emulate and/or use a different controller.

Literally any game. You should be able to interchangeably use L and R buttons depending on your comfort, this crap design limits that.

I am starting to notice that myself.

It's not.... bad. It just falsely advertised being the best n64 controller and has literally TWO big issues with the controller.

1. transer pak just flat out doesn't work and they didn't figure it out until it was already in production
2. controllers shipped out to people and the second the opened the box and started playing with them they noticed that the control stick bumps into the L button when L is held down and the stick is pushed to the top left.

There are also other minor issues, like the fucking material it being made out of feels cheap as fuck and the d-pad, while re-positioned feels squishy and fucking awful.

i just left mine sitting in the box after it showed up. i don't even want to use it.

does that plug into your n64?
