No. The library for 3ds is mediocre at best. It has good promise and amazing games, don't get me wrong, but we're talking 4-5 games that are amazing while the rest are "meh" while the other handhelds have tons of masterpieces.

If we're to judge the system itself and not the library, I'd say that the Vita is the best one.
-It has 2 analog sticks. There's ways how that can help on some games such as camera control and it can even help in playing console ports such as games on the PS1.
-Speaking of analog sticks, I find the analog stick of the 3DS to be slippery. Shit can be annoying.
-A back and front touchscreen. Speaking of the front touch screen, you don't exactly have to use a stylus ( yes I know you can use your finger with the 3DS but it feels more comfortable with the Vita especially since it has a bigger screen).
-Gyro control feels a lot comfortable. If I were to use the gyro on the 3DS, the weight of the top screen makes it feel a bit uncomfortable not to mention, if ever I have to rock it back and forth, it makes me scared because it makes me think that I'm one step closer in making the top screen snap because of how it wiggles.
-The D-Pad felt better. While I argue the the PSP has the best D-Pad, it's at least more comfortable to play fighting games on the Vita than on the 3DS. I always find the D-Pad of the 3DS to be stiffer.

I find the Vita's hardware to be better than the 3DS. The only thing that the Vita suffer is the lack of games due to what I presume is advertisements and such. I would've crown the Vita to be the best portable console if it has decent games and a cheaper memory card.

The DS, 3DS, and Switch are such great handhelds that it's difficult to pick a favorite. I guess the 3DS currently since it can play DS, SNES, NES games along with the 3DS's excellent library. But I'm sure the Switch will soon have a far better exclusive library if its first year is anything to go by (and this year's quality stream of indie releases).

Sorry but no clamshell takes it out of the running immediately.

This. The second analog stick is too close to the buttons though but it's a nice system that held potential. Too bad about the memory card thing and House throwing a hissyfit because it didn't kill the 3DS.
It was already amazing that the PSP managed to establish itself next to Nintendo in the handheld market. They should've been fine with that.

No, psvita is. The 3DS sucks more than EA's battlefront and the 3d is fake. Psvita in the other hand has the best graphics, the best gamplay and has the biggest catalogue of games. More than PC ((master race)). In the end of the day the psvita is the best console in the world.
