This gen is the first to completely meet my expectations.

Back in the days before the PS1 came out, I thought it was going to be great, and it wound up being fantastic after a rocky first year. The PS2 was looking great, and it wound up being even better. With the PS3, it looked fantastic, and I thought the good times would never end.

It was dogshit. That entire gen was the first time gaming ever took a marked step back. When the PS4 was announced, I thought it'd be slightly worse, and for the first time, I was right. It's just a PS3 with even less games.

Persona 5 is a PS3 designed game ported at 1080p30fps to PS4. It's not an exclusive in the slightest.

I played P5 on the JP launch. It was a boring, shit game that wasn't worth the wait, and I stopped playing it about 60% of the way through because I actively disliked most of the cast.
