Odyssey is not getting new kingdom DLC.
They released the official soundtrack a few days ago, and if you look at games like Mario Kart 8, Breath of the Wild and both Splatoon games, they waited for the soundtrack until after the DLC so that the new music would be included in it. I highly doubt they would somehow not do the same for Odyssey.
