Brings nothing to the game other than making games longer. Multiple Engineers are capable of overcoming even an Uber which is just retarded as fuck. He counters himself in the sense that, in order to break a strong defense that an Engineer set up, you need your own Engineer to build a teleporter to keep up the pressure. Otherwise, the defending Engie gets too much time between attacks to fix his shit and a dent is never made. Overall, it's a class that shouldn't exist in TF2.

That brings out the problem of indirectly buffing Scout, but current Pyro already deters Scouts from getting too close to anywhere where the Pyro is around.

Well, fair enough. I'd at least argue then that any sapper breaker the Pyro has be removed. It's retarded that you as a Spy manage to kill an Engie and sap his stuff, but then in comes your hard counter not only to make you have to run away, but also to pretty much Ctrl-Z what you did.

I thought they were fine in Freedom Unite where they were just an extra bit of damage or healing, but not something you could lean on. 4 onward fucking ruined them by making them worthless without the need for constant upgrades and also making them way too fucking good with some of their specials (4U, especially. Max out to 150 health, full heal, and regen in one single special, what the fuck). Shakashitters were "okay" in 3(U), but they were also fucking annoying as shit, so I just preferred not using them outside of gathering items and moga freehunts where you have infinite retries and monsters aren't like 4U's shitheap where they run away like fags after teleporting 50 miles away.
